Dr. Christopher T. Ducko is a thoracic surgeon at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and at Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center in clinical affiliation with South Shore Hospital. He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Ducko received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed a general surgery residency at Hershey Medical Center where he finished both clinical and research fellowships in cardiothoracic surgery. He then completed a general thoracic surgical fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Dr. Ducko is board certified in surgery and thoracic surgery. His research focuses on diaphragmatic pacing and his clinical interests include lung cancer, diaphragm pacing and pleural effusion.
