Bio
Dr. Burns is an associate surgeon in the Division of Trauma, Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery at South Shore Hospital.
Prior to joining SSH, Dr. Burns was a staff surgeon at the Brooke Army Medial Center and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He received his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his medical degree from Loyola University. He completed his residency at National Naval Medical Center and his burn fellowship at Brooke Army Medical Center.
