Dr. Hossain is the Director of Education at the Department of Pediatrics and Assistant Director of the STRATUS Center for Medical Simulation. She is a board-certified neonatologist who graduated from medical school at Glasgow University, Scotland, and completed subspecialty training at the Harvard Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship Program. She provides care for high-risk babies in the delivery room and NICU. In addition, her passions include innovative medical education, the neonatal resuscitation program (NRP), high fidelity simulation, point of care ultrasound (POCUS) in the NICU and the use of on-line education technology to improve clinical care. Dr. Hossain is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.
