Dr. Olsen is an Associate Surgeon in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, who specializes in hip and knee replacement. His practice philosophy involves partnering with patients to create informed plans of care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Improving quality of life and mobility, through both surgical and nonsurgical treatment, is always the goal.
His clinical practice includes total hip replacement (anterior and posterior approaches), total and partial knee replacement, revision hip and knee replacement, and outpatient surgery.
Dr. Olsen’s research has focused on outpatient joint replacement, complex/revision surgery, and the treatment of prosthetic joint infections.
