Dr. McFaline Figueroa is an Associate Neurologist in the Division of Cancer Neurology in the Department of Neurology and Physician in the Center for Neuro-Oncology in the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He received his MD and PhD degrees from Columbia University and completed neurology residency at the Mass General Brigham-Harvard Medical School Neurology Residency Program, followed by neuro-oncology training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He is board-certified in neurology and neuro-oncology. Dr. McFaline-Figueroa is devoted to providing the highest quality care to those living with cancer and its complications. 

Dr. McFaline-Figueroa’s clinical practice is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of cancer of the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system, and the management of neurological complications of cancer and cancer therapies. 

Dr. McFaline-Figueroa’s research involves targeting the mechanisms of immune evasion and therapeutic resistance in glioblastoma.
